Job Description
Law Firm, with over 35 years of Social Security Disability/SSI experience in the Solano/Napa County of California, is seeking an Associate Attorney to take over the practice in 2-4 years.
The attorney will be expected to develop and present cases for hearings at ODAR, along with some Appeal Council work. The firm handles a very large volume of claims (currently over 600 pending cases), with a steady source of referrals of new claims.
Candidates must have at least 5 years experience of Social Security Disability law and practice, must possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with the client base, along with a strong work ethic. I need someone willing to work along with my team of well educated support staff, to work on the large number of clients in a fast-pace environment, and the ability to approach the practice in a highly intelligent and creative way.
