Job Description
We are a busy office and seek someone who has at least two years of experience in actively handling cases, has excellent negotiations skills, has the ability to try a case, is a self starter, has excellent analytical and writing skills, and the confidence to represent our clients. Candidate must be familiar with discovery rules, know how to prepare and respond to law and motion, be able to work closely with clients and witnesses, and demonstrate an interest and ability in trial advocacy.

We represent our clients before state and federal courts, the Office of Administrative Hearings, the Commission on Teacher Credentialing and in private arbitration.
