Real Estate/Title Attorney

Midsized New England law firm specializing in foreclosure proceedings on behalf of Creditors seeks Experienced Real Estate and Title Attorney licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for the firm’s Plainville, MA office. At least three years of real estate and/or title experience preferred.

Responsibilities include title review, foreclosure document review, notice drafting and hearing coverage.
