A Workers’ Compensation Law Firm seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) information and client assistance specialist to work Full-time, Monday through Friday.

  • The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced team environment, be open and willing to learning new tasks and enjoy being challenged with multiple tasks.
  • The right candidate should possess excellent telephone skills, multi-tasking skills, organizational and typing skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, typing, case file organization (both physical and electronic), faxing, scanning and copying documents, preparing documents for mailing (preparing envelopes, labels, postage) and general overflow Workers’ Compensation case work tasks.

SALARY: DOE/NEGOTIABLE
