We are seeking an attorney with experience in ANDA litigation. Ability to do legal research and write persuasively a must. Deposition and trial experience a plus.

 

PHARMACEUTICAL PATENT OPINION WORK—Associate

We are seeking an attorney with experience preparing non-infringement and invalidity opinions. Ability to do legal research and to write persuasively a must. Advanced degree in chemistry (or other technology field relevant to pharmaceutical patent work) helpful.
